Training
HSBC has a Training Center based in Bait al Falaj, Main office. All new entrants will attend an induction course, which provides them with essential information about HSBC, its history, values, products and services. We offer resident Manager and Staff Officer training programmes. Candidates selected as Customer Services Representatives will be given specialised Customer Services accreditation training. Should suitable training courses not be available locally, staff may be required to attend training in HSBC’s Regional Training Centre in Dubai, or the Group Training Centre in the UK.
